Delivery within the UK is FREE for orders placed over £500.00 and varies from £2.95 - £7.95 for all other orders. This excludes the following postal codes (IV,HS,KA,KW,PA,PH,ZE,BT,IM,TR) and these area rates will be confirmed at the checkout stage.
During certain promotions we may offer FREE delivery on all orders but during these FREE delivery promotion periods, the following postcodes are excluded from the offer (IV,HS,KA,KW,PA,PH,ZE,BT,IM,TR), it also excludes all other locations outside the UK Mainland.
Certain items may attract additional delivery charges, ie: equipment, bulky items or abnormal delivery conditions, we will of course contact you before shipping your order if this is the case.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland can be ordered online and these area rates will be confirmed at the checkout stage.
We ship using Interlink Express couriers and Royal Mail.
Not all items we display are in stock. Delivery times typically vary from 1-7 days from dispatch (These times may vary during peak periods). Orders can take up to 14 working days and up to 28 working days for customised products. Although as a general rule 7 days is standard for uncustomised garments and 14 days for customised.
All International Orders are processed by Pro Forma Invoice (emailed) and Payment is ONLY accepted via Bank Transfer. We will confirm the payment details on the Pro Forma Invoice. If you wish to process an International order simply email your enquiry to:- firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following information:
A list of the items you require.
Your name and invoice address including contact telephone number.
The delivery address including postal/area code.
We will then quote accordingly including the P&P.
Once you accept the quote we will issue the reference number and payment details.
International Orders can take up to 14 days to deliver depending on the destination.
Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. A refund will be applied to your original payment method for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items.
You will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning your purchase and you will also be liable for any services provided to you in connection with your purchase, ie: any original delivery costs incurred by us. Personalised products and undergarments are NON-RETURNABLE.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us (up to a maximum of £6.00), or you can contact customer services to arrange a collection.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
We offer what we consider a very fair returns policy and we give an honest judgement based on many years experience, if we are at all unsure with regard a returned product we reserve the right to send it back to the manufacturer for further inspection by their experts.

All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
